Through our website, we hope you may obtain a better understanding of the services our office offers the citizens and business owners of East Montgomery County, the functions of various divisions and the employment opportunities that exist within our office.  In addition, we hope this website will prove to be a valuable resource to our residents by providing current information including public safety issues and improved communication between the residents, business owners and members of the Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable's Office.

East Montgomery County is a dynamic growing community of well over 120,000 people, just northeast of Houston, Texas covering over 232 square miles.  The Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable's Office has an authorized strength of 50 sworn full-time deputies as well as a sworn reserve deputies division, and civilian staff.  The Constable's Office works out of the East Montgomery County Courthouse Annex building in New Caney, Texas.  The main purpose of the office is civil process and Justice of the Peace, Pct. 4 bailiff duties.  The Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable's Office also provides 24/7 patrol coverage as well as Criminal Investigations, K9, SRT, SRG (Riot Team), I.C.A.C (Internet Crimes Against Children), Honor Guard, Drone Support and Swift Water Rescue Operations.
